Program development and Coordination

Academic institutions

The academic institutions have developed and are continuously improving the CONNECT program. They are responsible for project coordination, advertisement of the program within their institution, and the selection process. In addition, participating institutions support each participant with a CHF 750 institutional fee to make the program more affordable to the early career researchers.

A big thank you to all the role models for their openness and willingness to share personal career stories, the challenges they have faced, and how they overcame them. We are also grateful to the company representatives for giving our participants a behind-the-scenes look at their recruitment processes and providing insights into their daily work.
